 a profile of the candidate or merger candidate you seek
- Identify leading attorneys that meet the requirements of your search
- Meet with and interview all potential candidates to assess their level of experience and determine their suitability and the interest in the position
- Present you with the candidates that we feel are most appropriate for your opening
- Schedule all interviews and provide you with all pertinent background information
- Follow through on all aspects of the search
